Concrete reusable medical-data schemas for iatro-base-iac.

pip install iatro-iac-adapters

Installing this package also installs the compatible IatroCache core. Import each schema from its owning module:

The package provides:

• independently encoded JPEG XL pathology tiles using the native base codec;
• complete JXL WSI rasters with MPP-addressed region reads, native JPEG/JPEG 2000 passthrough decode, and an adapter-owned Rust fused renderer;
• fixed-width teacher-feature matrices aligned to tile metadata;
• independently compressed patient-level clinical-text blocks;
• aligned source/compressed clinical-text pairs;
• patient-level DICOM packages with lossless pixels and DICOM reconstruction.

The adapter package defines no adapter base class, protocol, or registry. Each schema directly composes the public pack, codec, and container APIs.
