iatro-iac-adapters

Concrete reusable medical-data schemas for iatro-base-iac.

pip install iatro-iac-adapters

Installing this package also installs the compatible IatroCache core. Import each schema from its owning module:

from iatro.iac.adapters.text_pair import ClinicalTextPairReader
from iatro.iac.adapters.tiles import TilePackageReader

The package provides:

• independently encoded JPEG XL pathology tiles;
• fixed-width teacher-feature matrices aligned to tile metadata;
• independently compressed patient-level clinical-text blocks;
• aligned source/compressed clinical-text pairs;
• patient-level DICOM packages with lossless pixels and DICOM reconstruction.

The adapter package defines no adapter base class, protocol, or registry. Each schema directly composes the public pack, codec, and container APIs.
