Installation requires regex, numpy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, pydeseq2, logomaker, Jinja2, weasyprint, ipython, and ipywidgets.
Installation
The latest stable release (and required dependencies) can be installed from PyPI:
pip install itpseq
