Usage

The parser currently provides two features:

  1. Validate a dataset: checks for the required file/directory structure according to the bundled schema.

    mammos-parser uppsala-data validate-dataset path/to/dataset

  2. Generate derived files (result files that contain aggregated/converted raw output).

    mammos-parser uppsala-data generate-derived-files path/to/dataset

To see all available options run mammos-parser [subcommand] --help.
