meshpop-wire (PyPI)
This package installs the official wire and wired binaries from GitHub Releases (same naming as make release: wire-{os}-{arch}, wired-{os}-{arch}).
Install from PyPI
pip install meshpop-wire
wire version
sudo wired # daemon; requires root on first run per Wire docs
Publish (maintainers)
From this directory:
python -m pip install --upgrade build twine
python -m build
twine upload dist/*
Use trusted publishing or API tokens; never commit credentials.
