mostlyrightmd-weather
Weather data fetchers for the mostlyright Python SDK — live METAR (AWC), ASOS archive (IEM), historical observations (GHCNh), and NWS climate text products (CLI) — for quants, ML training pipelines, and weather-bot agents. Data fetches go straight to the public APIs; the addresses they call resolve through the hosted manifest catalog, which requires MOSTLYRIGHT_API_KEY (subscriptions at https://app.mostlyright.md) — without it every call raises ApiKeyRequiredError before making any request. Explicit hosted satellite delivery additionally requires MOSTLYRIGHT_WEATHER_HOSTED_URL; the reserved EUMETSAT path requires its consumer credentials. Local parquet cache at $HOME/.mostlyright/cache/.
Install
pip install mostlyrightmd-weather # brings mostlyrightmd transitively
