mostlyrightmd-weather
Weather data fetchers for the mostlyright Python SDK — live METAR (AWC), ASOS archive (IEM), historical observations (GHCNh), and NWS climate text products (CLI) — for quants, ML training pipelines, and weather-bot agents. Data fetches go straight to the public APIs; the addresses they call resolve through the hosted manifest catalog, which requires an API key supplied by mostlyright.configure(api_key=...) or the MOSTLYRIGHT_API_KEY environment variable (subscriptions at https://app.mostlyright.md; both routes in docs/api-key.md) — without a key every call raises ApiKeyRequiredError before making any request. Explicit hosted satellite delivery additionally requires MOSTLYRIGHT_WEATHER_HOSTED_URL; the reserved EUMETSAT path requires its consumer credentials. Local parquet cache at $HOME/.mostlyright/cache/.

pip install mostlyrightmd-weather # brings mostlyrightmd transitively
