An open‑source, reproducible intensity‑scaling method that leverages the nuclear signal as an anchor to calibrate per‑channel contrast.


This napari plugin was generated with copier using the napari-plugin-template.

Installation

You can install napari-automatic-range via pip:

pip install napari-automatic-range

If napari is not already installed, you can install napari-automatic-range with napari and Qt via:

pip install "napari-automatic-range[all]"

To install latest development version :

pip install git+https://github.com/pacomito/napari-automatic-range.git
