napari-fluoresfm

A plugin to use FluoResFM model in napari.

This napari plugin was generated with copier using the napari-plugin-template.

Installation

You can install napari-fluoresfm via pip:

pip install napari-fluoresfm

If napari is not already installed, you can install napari-fluoresfm with napari and Qt via:

pip install "napari-fluoresfm[all]"

To install latest development version :

pip install git+https://github.com/qiqi-lu/napari-fluoresfm.git

Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.
