Overview

napari-intensity-plotter is a plugin for Napari that allows users to plot intensity profiles over selected areas in an image. It includes features for:

  • Adjusting the size of the region for intensity averaging.
  • Saving intensity profiles as CSV files.
  • Exporting plots as high-resolution PNG images.
  • Customizing plot appearance through an intuitive control interface.

This napari plugin was generated with Cookiecutter using @napari's cookiecutter-napari-plugin template.

Installation

You can install napari-intensity-plotter via pip:

pip install napari-intensity-plotter

To install latest development version :

pip install git+https://github.com/Tbrn1103/napari-intensity-plotter.git

Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.
