napari-kldeconv
A napari plugin for using KLDeconv algorithm.
This napari plugin was generated with copier using the napari-plugin-template.
Installation
You can install napari-kldeconv via pip:
pip install napari-kldeconv
If napari is not already installed, you can install napari-kldeconv with napari and Qt via:
pip install "napari-kldeconv[all]"
To install latest development version :
pip install git+https://github.com/qiqi-lu/napari-kldeconv.git
Contributing
Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.
