A GUI interface to use the MicroMorph package in napari

napari-micromorph
A plugin proving a GUI interface for micromorph in napari.
This napari plugin was generated with Cookiecutter using @napari's cookiecutter-napari-plugin template.
Installation
This installation guidelines assume you already have a functioning napari install. You can read about how to install napari here.
Once you have installed napari, you can install napari-micromorph by running
pip install napari-micromorph
after activating your environment.
You can also install napari-micromorph from the napari GUI by clicking Plugins > Install/Uninstall plugins... and selecting the napari-micromorph plugin in the window that opens up.
Contributing
Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.
