napari-spam
A simple plugin to load results from Spam in Napari
Installation
The plugin obviously requires napari to run. If you don't have it yet, follow the instructions here.
The simplest way to install napari-spam is via the napari plugin manager. Open Napari, go to Plugins > Install/Uninstall Packages... and search for napari-spam. Click on the install button and you are ready to go!
You can install napari-spam via pip:
pip install napari-spam
If napari is not already installed, you can install napari-spam with napari and Qt via:
pip install "napari-spam[all]"
Contributing
Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.

Distributed under the terms of the GNU GPL v3.0 license, "napari-spam" is free and open source software.
