napari-synaptogram
Tools to count synaptic ribbons in confocal data.
Installation
You can install napari-synaptogram via pip:
pip install napari-synaptogram
If napari is not already installed, you can install napari-synaptogram with napari and Qt via:
pip install "napari-synaptogram[all]"
To install latest development version :
pip install git+https://github.com/bburan/napari-synaptogram.git
Contributing
Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.
