nmdc-api-utilities — renamed to nmdc-client
This package has been renamed. nmdc-api-utilities is now a thin
compatibility shim that installs nmdc-client
and re-exports it under the old import name, emitting a DeprecationWarning.
Please migrate:
pip uninstall nmdc-api-utilities
pip install nmdc-client
# old
from nmdc_api_utilities import BiosampleSearch
# new
from nmdc_client import BiosampleSearch
All development now happens at https://github.com/microbiomedata/nmdc-client.
