Allen Institute Visual Behavior Analysis package
This is a re-packaging of https://github.com/AllenInstitute/visual_behavior_analysis with scripts/notebooks/dev resources removed and minor updates to code/dependencies to provide compatibility with Python >3.7

Quickstart for this re-packaged version:
