Auto refresh helpdesk ticket tree views

This module allows configuring auto refresh for helpdesk ticket tree views. Settings are integrated into the main Helpdesk configuration page. Features: - Enable/disable auto refresh with a feature flag - Configurable refresh interval - Smooth list view refresh without full page reload
