Auto refresh helpdesk ticket tree views

Module to automatically refresh the main helpdesk.ticket tree view.

Configuration

Enable or disable the auto refresh feature in helpdesk configuration page. Configuration -> Helpdesk tab. If enabled, you can set the refresh interval time in seconds, which are 30 by default.

Usage

To use this module, you need to have the configuration helpdesk_autorefresh_enabled field enabled in the Helpdesk Settings. Then, when you open the Helpdesk Tickets tree view, it will automatically refresh every configured interval.

Known issues / Roadmap

There are no issues for the moment.
