This module extends the functionality of Contracts and Attendances to support recalculating Overtime accurately, even if the contracts have changed over time.

Use Cases / Context

Under some circumstances, Odoo fails to calculate employee overtime correctly. Examples:

• When you enable HR contracts in your database after using attendances for some time.

• When some change in a contract’s working schedule should affect the result of overtime in past attendances. This module was developed to fix that problem.

Usage

To use this module, follow the steps below:

• To update a single contract:

  1. Go to Employees > Employees

  2. Select an employee

  3. Click the In Contract Since… button

  4. Click the ⚙️ actions wheel icon.

  5. Click Update Overtime

• To update multiple contracts at once:

  1. Go to Employees > Contracts

  2. Select the contracts you want to update

  3. Click the ⚙️ actions wheel icon

  4. Click Update Overtime
