Configuration

Italiano

La tabella viene aggiunta nell’area Fatturazione, ed è raggiungibile nella sezione Configurazione. Occorre avere i privilegi di Responsabile fatturazione.

Table is inserted on Invoicing and can be reached in the configuration. Billing Manager privileges are needed.

Usage

Per accedere ai codici carica segui questi passaggi:

1. Vai nel menu “Fatturazione” (Invoicing/Accounting)

2. Accedi alla sezione “Configurazione” (Configuration)

3. All’interno della configurazione, troverai la voce “Codici carica” (Appointment Codes)

4. Una volta entrato, vedrai la lista dei codici carica dove potrai:

   • Visualizzare i codici esistenti

   • Aggiungere nuovi codici

   • Modificare i codici esistenti

Note importanti:

• Per accedere a questa funzionalità devi avere i privilegi di “Responsabile fatturazione” (Billing Manager/Accounting Manager)

• Ogni codice deve essere univoco nel sistema quindi non è possibile avere duplicati dello stesso codice.

How to access the appointment codes:

1. Go to the “Invoicing” or “Accounting” menu

2. Find the “Configuration” section

3. Within the configuration, you’ll find “Appointment Codes”

4. Once inside, you’ll see a list of appointment codes where you can:

   • View existing codes

   • Add new codes

   • Modify existing codes

Important notes:

• You need “Billing Manager” or “Accounting Manager” privileges to access this functionality

• Remember that each code must be unique in the system - you cannot have duplicates of the same code.
