Automatically send massive emails to many purchase orders

This module adds a contextual action in the purchase order views, named “Send email to selected purchases” . It will open a wizard with the default template and you can send this email to all purchase orders selected.

Usage

To use this module, you need to:

• Go to Purchases view list

• select some purchase orders with the left checkbox

• click on the action named “Send email to selected purchases”

• review the email template and send it to all purchase orders selected

• The purchase orders will be updated automatically, changing the status to sent

• In each purchase order you will see a copy of the email sent in the chatter
