Adds alias for UOM

UOM Alias

This module allows you to add alias to UoMs and search for them by name or one of their alias. This is useful in some situations, for example, when importing electronic invoices from suppliers, where a product may be registered in Odoo with the UoM “Unit” but in the supplier invoice the UoM is “UND”.

Configuration

To configure an alias in a UoM, you can access Inventory > Settings > UoM Categories. When editing a UoM you can add one or more alias in column UoM Alias.

Usage

When you search for a UoM in a document, you can search by the name of the UoM or by one of its alias.
