Overview
PhenoRadar is a CLI tool for binary phenotype prediction from orthogroup-level TPM.
Install
pip install phenoradar
Fastest Run
Fetch compact test data, materialize default config, then run:
phenoradar dataset
phenoradar config
phenoradar run -c config.yml
