Pyplines Python Library
The Pyplines Python library provides the Function author SDK, invocation shim, and Function Package tooling used by Pyplines runtime and development images.

Function projects use pyplines.pkg.function.build_backend and declare exactly
one handler under [tool.pyplines.function]. The Function development container
calls python -m pyplines.pkg.function to check projects and build hermetic
Function Package archives.
The public author API is:
from pyplines import ArtifactRef, Context, Error, Input, Output
