Installation

PyPI install using pip
(sudo) pip install reactome2py -
from source
git clone repo cd reactome2py python setup.py install

Dockerfile
(sudo) docker build -t <tag-name>:latest . (sudo) docker run -it --rm <tag-name>:latest
