SandPiper SaaS
Overview
SandPiper SaaS Edition runs Redwood EDA's SandPiper™ TL-Verilog compiler as a microservice in the cloud to support low-overhead and zero-cost open-source development using commercial-grade capabilities. This simple Python script provides a convenient command-line interface to the microservice. It is used by exciting projects such as WARP-V and 1st CLaaS.
A TL-Verilog-enhanced open-source Verilog development flow might also make use of the similarly-light-weight makerchip-app for TL-Verilog editing.
Install
pip3 install sandpiper-saas
OR, from the git repository itself:
git clone git@gitlab.com:rweda/sandpiper-saas.git
cd sandpiper-saas
pip3 install .
Basic Usage
On an existing TL-Verilog source file:
sandpiper -i design.tlv -o design.sv
For complete usage instructions:
sandpiper --help
For SandPiper usage instructions:
sandpiper --sphelp
