scStateDynamics
Introduction
scStateDynamics is a computational method to thoroughly decipher the tumor cell state dynamics in response to drug treatment by modeling single-cell level expression changes.
System Requirements
- Python version: >= 3.7
Installation
The scStateDynamics python package can be installed directly via pip:
pip install scStateDynamics
