Plugin to use REPIC within the Scipion framework
Project description
REliable PIcking by Consensus (REPIC) provides a picking consensus approach for cryoelectron microscopy data.
Given several set of coordinates picked by several picker, REPIC will determine the consensus set of particles. It means the subset of most reliable particles.
Installation
Install this plugin in devel mode:
Using the command line:
scipion3 installp -p yourpathtoinstall/scipion-em-repic --develReference
