A plugin that will contain all my workflow for my maste thesis and beyond
This napari plugin was generated with copier using the napari-plugin-template.
Installation
You can install secondharmonic via pip:
pip install secondharmonic
To install latest development version :
pip install git+https://github.com/Dimikava/secondharmonic.git
Contributing
Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure
the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.
After cloning the repository, run scripts/setup.sh to create a virtual
environment and install the development dependencies.
