SkyMarshal

Simple cross-language message definitions with marshalling/unmarshalling code generation.

An easy-to-maintain pure-Python implementation of lcm-gen of the LCM Project, with wire format compatibility. Skymarshal adds additional features, including more supported languages and additional features for existing languages.
