w-seg

A simple tool for RGB image segmentation

Installation

You can install w-seg-napari via [pip]:

pip install w-seg-napari

If napari is not already installed, you can install w-seg with napari and Qt via:

pip install "w-seg-napari[all]"

Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with [tox], please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.

Distributed under the terms of the [MIT] license, "w-seg" is free and open source software

If you encounter any problems, please [file an issue] along with a detailed description.
