微信公众号关注用户获取，存储
定时对比好友列表与公众号关注用户的昵称，未关注公众号用户定期推送公众号广告提醒关注
定时发送问候信息，播报天气，若好友为设置地理位置，改成其他问候信息
根据系统提示存储已删好友信息，定期清理好友列表
