UNDO LIST
- weather.py 需要定时获取当天所有天气的预报数据，保存到本地，之后通过调用则返回本地数据
- 微信公众号关注用户获取，存储
- 定时对比好友列表与公众号关注用户的昵称，未关注公众号用户定期推送公众号广告提醒关注
- 根据系统提示存储已删好友信息，定期清理好友列表
