bsln
Release candidate; publication pending.
bsln is the Python SDK and command line for Baseline Robotics robot stations. Start a remote session, drive it from a script or policy, and download the recording.
Key features
- Send joint targets and stream state and camera images.
- Move the arms through a browser control page.
- Reconnect session watches automatically.
- Send an emergency stop.
- Print data as JSON with
--json.
Installation
bsln needs Python 3.10 or later:
uv add bsln==0.0.1a7
For the 3D viewer, add bsln[viz]==0.0.1a7 instead.
Use separate environments for distributions providing bsln. Conflicts are rejected;
remove conflicting packages and reinstall the required distribution.
