A number of tools useful for segmenting and analyzing filaments. Please check the wiki for more information.
This napari plugin was generated with copier using the napari-plugin-template (None).
Installation
You can install filament-toolbox via pip:
pip install filament-toolbox
If napari is not already installed, you can install filament-toolbox with napari and Qt via:
pip install "filament-toolbox[all]"
To install latest development version :
pip install git+https://github.com/MontpellierRessourcesImagerie/filament-toolbox.git

Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.
