GKM Starter Kit
A practical entry point for using the GA4GH Genomic Knowledge Model (GKM).
The project is organized around three pillars:
- Data — GKM Bundles from participating producers
- Tools — Python tools for constructing and validating GKM models, and for loading, exploring, and exchanging GKM Bundles, schemas, and genomic knowledge objects
- User stories — examples of projects using GKM standards
