libsbgnpy: python library for SBGN
libsbgnpy is a python library to work with the Systems Biology Graphical Notation (SBGN). It provides the python bindings of the SBGN-ML schema, generated with xsdata, and reads, writes, validates and renders SBGN documents.

The documentation is published as markdown as well, following the llms.txt convention: llms.txt is an annotated index of every page, llms-full.txt the complete documentation in a single file, and the markdown of every page sits next to its html.
