Pipemake
Pipemake is a lightweight, flexible, and easy-to-use tool for creating and managing Snakemake pipelines. It was designed with two primary goals:
Provide a collection of pre-built and easy to modify bioinformatic pipelines with an enphasis on genomics and social behavior analysis
Provide a user-friendly interface for creating and managing pipelines with minimal programming experience

Mamba
conda install -n base -c conda-forge mamba
mamba create -c conda-forge -c bioconda -c kocherlab -n pipemake pipemakeIssues
