Split Barcode reads into per-barcode files. Supports FASTQ(.gz), SAM, and BAM.
Install
pip install barcodactyl
Run
barcodactyl reads.fastq -o out/ --prefix run1_
Tests
pip install -e .[test]
pytest -q
