lark-cli 对齐状态

当前 CLI 以 third_party_service/lark-cli commit b37adfd（2026-04-29 20:04:06 +0800，v1.0.22）为对齐基线。feishu 已注册 217 个 +shortcut，其中 210 个与该基线的生产 shortcut 同名对齐，另保留 7 个 SDK 兼容扩展。

对“文件必须归当前用户本人所有”的上传，不要直接把 `root-folder-meta` 返回的 token 当上传目标。优先使用 `+requester-upload`，它会强制走 user auth、在 requester root 下新建子文件夹、上传文件并做 owner 校验；如果 owner 仍不匹配，命令会直接失败。

长连接注意事项

同一个应用实例支持最多 50 条长连接。
多个 client 同时在线时，事件/回调是随机投递到其中一个 client，不是广播模式。
