Install
conda install python=3.12.12 anarci=2020.04.23=py_3 hmmer=3.4=h503566f_3 dockq=2.1.3 trimesh rtree pdbfixer dssp usalign openstructure -c bioconda -c conda-forge
pip install gemmi_protools
Usage
read structures
from gemmi_protools import StructureParser
# load structure
st=StructureParser()
st.load_from_file("7mmo.cif")
# get chain IDs
print(st.chain_ids)
