Install

conda install python=3.12.9 anarci hmmer dockq trimesh rtree -c bioconda -c conda-forge
pip install gemmi_protools

Usage

read structures

from gemmi_protools import StructureParser

# load structure
st=StructureParser()
st.load_from_file("7mmo.cif")

# get chain IDs
print(st.chain_ids)
