Install
conda create -n gp python=3.10
conda install -n gp anarci hmmer -c bioconda
conda install -n gp dockq -c conda-forge
conda activate gp
pip install gemmi_protools
Usage
read structures
from gemmi_protools import StructureParser
st=StructureParser()
st.load_from_file("your.pdb")
