Install
conda create -n gemmi_protools python=3.12
conda install -n gemmi_protools anarci hmmer -c bioconda
conda install -n gemmi_protools dockq trimesh -c conda-forge
conda activate gemmi_protools
pip install gemmi_protools
Usage
read structures
from gemmi_protools import StructureParser
st=StructureParser()
st.load_from_file("your.pdb")
