Installation

  1. Install mamba (or conda)
  2. Clone this repo:
git clone https://github.com/andrecossa5/MiTo.git
  1. Reproduce MiTo conda environment:
cd MiTo
mamba env create -f envs/environment.yml -n MiTo
  1. Activate the environment, and install MiTo via pypi:
mamba activate MiTo
pip install mito_utils
  1. Verify successfull installation:
import mito as mt
