miscellaneous simple bioinformatics utilities and lookup tables
Project description
bioutils provides some common tools and lookup tables used primarly by the hgvs and uta packages. This package is not really intended for broader use (read: it may change without notice).
To use an E-Utilities API key run add it to an environment variable called ncbi_api_key and it will be used in the E-Utilities request.
