WvGGZ
In het oorspronkelijke wetsvoorstel van de WvGGZ spreekt men over een bewaartermijn van 30 jaar. Dit houd in dat men de behandelplannen moet kunnen overleggen voor misdrijven die een verjaringstermijn hebben van 30 jaar.
Men houd er rekening mee dat men met de behandeling een moord kan plegen.
Artikel 5:19
De commissie bewaart de gegevens en bescheiden dertig jaar na de beëindiging van de zorgmachtiging of de crisismaatregel.
