Project description
geofetch is a command-line tool that downloads sequencing data and metadata from GEO and SRA and creates standard PEPs. Documentation is hosted at code.databio.org/geofetch (source in the /docs folder).
You can convert the result of geofetch into bam files with the sra_convert pipeline.
